The imaginary familly invented by Harvey Kidd when he was an orphaned child. As he grew up he attempted to turn them into as near reality as possible, eventually creating electronic lives for them that blurred with real life. As an adult, Harvey makes his living with bogus insurance claims using electronic bills in the name of the Hoggs.
